Implementasi Chatbot Sebagai Layanan Customer Service Pada Kafe Duniawi Coffee

Customer service at a cafe is a service that is needed to help visitors. The rapid development of technology can be utilized as an online communication service provider, one of which is a chatbot. In this study, a chatbot system was developed to improve customer service at Duniawi Coffee Cafe, making it easier for potential visitors to get information and function as a communication tool that can respond to visitors anywhere as long as the server is still running. This chatbot is implemented using Wablas tools and can be used by visitors and potential visitors through the Whatsapp application. Software development in this study uses the Waterfall method and the results of system testing show that the chatbot system can understand the messages given by users according to the topic of the message

Lecturer is a teaching teacher in the field of education at a higher education institute. At the computer tertiary institution, teaching lecturers are divided into two, namely computer lecturers and non-computer lecturers. Computer lecturers are lecturers who focus on technology and computer science, while non-computer lecturers are general lecturers and are not related to computers. With an award given to a lecturer, an assessment is needed which will later improve performance and be motivated to contribute actively to a university or an agency. There are several supporting criteria in assessing the performance of the lecturer, H-Index Scopus, H-Index GS, Accredited Journal, Rank Group, Lecturer Professional Membership, Age, and Letter of warning. To make it easier for leaders to assess the performance of lecturers in their institutions, a decision support system is needed as a solution to these problems. By applying the Multi-Objective Optimization Method on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) with Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting. Then it was found that the results of the research problems, namely alternative A₁ on behalf of Suginam, SE, MM were chosen as the best non-computer lecturer with the best alternative value of 0.544

Daniel Phone is a business engaged in the sale of second hand mobile phones. At this store the promotion and sales system is still done directly. The sales system that is currently in progress is that buyers come to the store directly to carry out cell phone buying and selling transactions, while we can only find out the information on the goods we want to buy if we visit the store. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based sales information system, which is expected to facilitate sales and expand product marketing and introduce Daniel Phone to many people. Evaluate and analyze sales to be able to increase market competition that exists at this time, especially in the mobile phone sales section. This research resulted in a website designed with a user-friendly appearance so that the system can be easily understood by visitors or customers and can make it easier for Daniel Phone to expand the promotional area.

Higher education in Indonesia, including at Budi Darma University, continues to be committed to creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students. In line with this determination, Budi Darma University is implementing the Single Tuition Assistance (BUKT) program to support educational accessibility. Obstacles in the selection process, which is subjective and lacks a structured framework, can lead to inequality in the distribution of aid. This can result in students who should receive greater support being overlooked, while those who may need less may receive greater aid. In the BUKT selection process, there are a number of requirements that must be met, such as parents' income, PKH card ownership, completeness of documents, parents' dependents and home ownership. It is hoped that the use of a decision support system can be a solution to overcome this challenge. Decision Support Systems (DSS) integrate computer technology, mathematical models, and data to provide structured and organized support within a decision-making framework. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is a multi-criteria decision making method that allows relative weighing between criteria to determine the final score for each alternative. By applying SAW in the selection of BUKT recipient students, it is hoped that more objective and data-based decisions can be obtained. The research results produced the best alternative with a value of 100.00 in the alternative with code A5 in Fitri's name, so that Fitri was declared entitled to receive single tuition assistance.
