Abstract

Perencanaan tata ruang merupakan elemen krusial dalam pembangunan wilayah yang berkelanjutan. Namun, proses perencanaan yang konvensional sering kali bergantung pada data statis, analisis manual, dan kurang responsif terhadap dinamika spasial yang cepat berubah. Kecerdasan buatan (AI) hadir sebagai solusi inovatif yang mampu mengintegrasikan big data, analisis spasial dinamis, serta simulasi berbasis algoritma untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan yang adaptif dan berbasis bukti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi AI dalam proses perencanaan tata ruang serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap penciptaan ekosistem ekonomi global yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan kajian studi kasus kota-kota dunia seperti Singapura, Shenzhen, dan Amsterdam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AI mampu meningkatkan efisiensi tata guna lahan, mempercepat respon terhadap perubahan lingkungan, serta mendorong inovasi dalam perencanaan kota cerdas. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi AI seperti hambatan regulasi, keterbatasan kapasitas SDM, dan persoalan etika penggunaan data. Temuan ini menunjukkan urgensi transformasi digital dalam kebijakan tata ruang untuk memastikan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan ramah lingkungan di masa depan.
